How do I get my tickets?
Shortly after your booking is complete your e-ticket send directly to your email. Mobile tickets are accepted.
How does it work?
Madame Tussauds: Please arrive at your confirmed date and time. Scan the barcode on your e-ticket at door 2 and start your visit of Madame Tussauds.
To guarantee access to the other attractions and avoid queues at the ticket desk, you can book your date and time slot in advance by login in to The BIG London Adventure booking portal. The booking portal’s address and how to login will be clearly stated on your e-ticket.
Once your attraction visits have been booked via the booking portal, instructions apply as follow:
London Eye: Join the Standard Experience boarding point at the time booked and confirmed on the booking portal. Please note: Your ticket is a standard ticket, not a Fast-Track ticket.
London Eye River Cruise: Please go to the London Eye Pier 15 minutes before the cruise departure time booked and confirmed in the booking portal.
The London Dungeon: Show up at the entry for the next starting show at the time booked and confirmed in the booking portal.
SEA LIFE London: Please go to the 'timed entry door' at the time booked and confirmed in the booking portal.
Shrek’s Adventure: Join the entry for the next starting show at the time booked and confirmed in the booking portal.
Attractions not pre-booked via the booking portal will be subject to availability at time of visit and will require visiting the ticket desk to get booked into the next available timeslot. Immediate availability is not guaranteed.
How long are my tickets valid?
Your ticket to Madame Tussauds is valid on the chosen the day and time slot shown on your e-ticket. You can plan you visit to the other attractions anytime subject to availability within 90 days of your Madame Tussauds confirmed visit date.
What ticket types is available?
Adult (16+)
Child (3-15)
Infant (0-2): Free of charge
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a legal adult (18+)
How do I get my 10% discount voucher?
On your e-ticket there is a link to your exclusive 10% discount voucher for Madame Tussauds souvenir shop. Just print the discount voucher and present it to the cashier at Madame Tussauds souvenir shop to redeem your 10% discount.
Important information:
- Your tickets for Coca-Cola London Eye are standard tickets, where you skip the line at the box office. But there might be lines to the gondola, which you do not skip!

Za málo peněz hodně muziky jak se tak říká . Dodržování časů není nutne , čárový kód v telefonu stačil všude pro jednoduchý vstup.

Můžu jen doporučit, rezervovací systém přehledný, doporučuji časy rezervovat, např. v Londýnském podzemí kontolovali jestli máme opravdu rezervováno, jinak london eye a další stačilo dojít a hned jsme šli. Vyšlo nám to skvěle,že jsme nikde nečekali. a když už tak pár minut. Jen na londýnské podzemí a Šrekovo dobrodružství je potřeba umět anglicky, jinak z toho moc člověk nemá.

Na jednotlivé atrakce je nutné si dělat rezervace, ale to neznamená, že se vyhnete frontám na vstupu. Na londýnské podzemí jsme čekali víc než hodinu, na ostatní však výrazně méně. Každá atrakce je zajímavá v něčem jiném. Do London dungeon a Shrek´s adventure nemá smysl chodit, když děti nemluví anglicky.

Všetko bolo výborné. Jediné, kde sme museli rezervovat cas bola plavba po rieke. Poslali nas rezervovat si cas. Do 1 min. som mal rezervaciu na telefone urobenu. Da sa vsak rezervacia urobit pri okienku na pravo pod London Eye pri vstupe na plavbu. Inak vsade sme vstupovali bez rezervacie dna a hodiny. Pri vstupoch nam bol zosnimany ciarovy kod z telefonu alebo z papierovej verzie a to bolo vsetko.

Tento týden jsme využili lístků 6 v 1 a musím říct, že to nemělo chybu. Obávali jsme se problému se vstupem ale naprosto žádný problém a všude jsme vstoupili snadno. Ohledně atrakci se asi nemusím moc vypisovat, protože za mne všechny stáli za to a můzěte si je najít všude. Takže mohu jen doporučit.

Úžasné spojení atrakcí - všechny na jednom místě vyjma Muzea voskových figurín. Tím se ale začíná, takže vlastně v pohodě. škoda, že nejsou uvedené předpokládané/doporučené časy atrakcí - tím by se usnadnilo jejich plánování. Nicméně, online přerezervace času úplně bezproblémová. Doporučuji!!!

Super balíček na všechny hlavní atrakce Londýna za bezva cenu. Určitě ušetříte. Bohužel ve vstupence není přednostní vstup na atrakci. Pouze nemusíte stát frontu na vstupenky, ale na atrakci již ano. (London Eye např. 20 minut.)

Mohu všem,kteří se chystají do Londýna jen doporučit. Koupily jsme si lístky 6 v 1 a líp jsme udělat nemohly. Už jen ta cena je super. S ničím jsme nikde neměly problém. Byla to nezapomenutelná dovolená.

Rozplanovaly jsme sii vylety na figuriny od 11 rana, pak sli ve 3 na London eye a pak si od 4 do 6ti prosli akvarium. Druhy den meli plavbu na lodi, ak se bali v Dungeon a zazpivali si ve Shrek adventure. Mohu vrele doporucit. Dungeon klidne nechte jako posledni..je to super
